This program is to chronicle the stories of YOU, OUR PATRONS, about the local food you grow, or the local food you eat, or recipes where you use ANY local ingredients! Capital Public Radio reporter Elaine Corn and Project Director Maryellen Burns will be here at the library to collect your stories about food! And collect your recipes! Please bring recipes, and photos involving food locally-including being in local restaurants or family meals here in Sacramento. Have a story involving local food? Please SHARE it with us! Plus, we will have at least 100 cookbooks for sale! Come talk about food, reminisce about old times, share photos. Big Cookbook Sale too! Over 100 cookbooks! And we are making a cookbook using YOUR RECIPES and PHOTOS, so bring them to the Library! Button-making craft! Exhibits about food in Sacramento! Come one, come all!
