      Sacramento Historic Home Tour

      Tour homes ranging from the opulent one in the Governor’s Mansion State Historic Park to the notorious Victorian high-water bungalow where Dorothea Puente is believed to have drugged and murdered several of her tenants in the 1980s. Sponsored by the Sacramento Old City Association, the home tour will showcase Sacramento’s Mansion Flats neighborhood (bounded by 12th and 16th, C and H streets)—known for Second Empire Italianate, Queen Anne, Craftsman, Colonial Revival and Classical Revival style residences.

      Local musicians will perform at the street fair where there will be local contractors, artisans, and representatives of nonprofit, advocacy and history organizations.
      The tour sign-in table and thestreet fair will be at the northwest corner of 16th and H streets (parking lot of the Clarion Mansion Inn).
      The tour costs $30 on the day of the event, or $25 in advance via Brown Paper Tickets:
